Naruto. GTN 3 Or 4?

Anyway, it dosen't matter.
Last year... There were some "complaints" I believe about GTN 4, due to "Y-Canceling." Now... I believe that Vayseth... Uhh, He was the one that won the tournament with his partner last year. I placed second with my partner... But like... Lol thats not the point!
GAH! I'm getting mixed up. The point is... this year, is it going to be for GTN 4 or 3? The tournament, I mean.
Either way, I hope its going to be alot of fun, but I would like to know. Thanks. =]

If you're in charge, try to make it later (aka, 7-8 pm) and THIS TIME, make it a singles tournament. Doubles tournaments don't take much skill to win.
