Official Cosplay Rules?

I'd just like to know if there are rules for what's acceptable or not in cosplay floating around the forums or the official Fanime site.  If so, I'd love for someone to link me to it, and if not, maybe it'd be a good idea to have one posted up on the main site.  It'd be very helpful to anyone doing a cosplay that's on the skimpier side, and for staff members/congoers to refer to if someone complains about a costume (which I've heard of happening, just not in Fanime.)

basically, keep it family-friendly. if you really want to do something more risque, save it for later hours.
