Ok my friends and i were going to go as a group form "ninja nonsense" but all of my friends have dropped out but one and he will not cosplay with me so now im just some guy in a ninja outfit should i still cosplay?

Speaking from experience when friends...change....
Don't let them influence you from doing what you want to enjoy--so DO cosplay.
Find others to meet up with. I've noticed a 'ninja' thread running in the forum, so try that?
