Need Help Picking a Cosplay ...please

so,hey! Fanime 2008 is going to be my first anime convention...ever
and i need a little help desiding on cosplay.
I've got it down to either:
JoJo from Horton Hears a Who (LOL yeah xD)
or Rukia from Bleach (my hair kinda looks like hers)

Mah Infos if it will help narrow it down xD:
5'3 with medium black hair :3

Do whichever you like (or have the funds/time for). Personally, I'm a Bleach fan so I would say Rukia. XD

I've had friends cosplay Bleach and they say that it's really quick to make most of the pieces, so in terms of time maybe that's the best choice.

Well... since this is an anime con, you are more likely to get recognized as Rukia. As the people above said, it would be the easier option.
