In terms of documentation purpose, one form per person would be better.
But I'm fine with just one person. =)
It's just a slight precaution I like to take.

I am going to research poses for each shoot, but mostly the cosplayer is reponsible for a majority of the poses.
(As I have 20x the images you have to memorize =p)

Feel free to add more people the group. ^^
