Toaster lessens will be starting in the fall when Cain starts taking classes at my college XD but I am very proud of Cain for dressing himself *gives him a cookie*

I don't think they did it when I wore Matsu as strange as that sounds. The thing I noticed was that the same stupid little volunteer chick was the one who kept coming over and harassing me: she dragged me to con ops as Trish*avatar pic*(Harley and dealer's room corset seller friend in tow), she also would not stop harassing us about our props(guns, swords, etc.). IF I EVER SEE THAT STUPID LITTLE B**** AGAIN I'M GOING TO CHOKE-HOLD HER SO FAST SHE WON'T KNOW WHAT HIT HER. ;D I'm very tempted to complain about this to staff as harassment and make sure she never gets to volunteer at Fanime ever again.

Was it the twerp near the Stage Zero booth?
She complained all the time I came for peace ties, not just to me but everyone else, too. Like how dare we interrupt her enjoyment of the Stage Zero activities--and the fiend even peace tied my Ukitake shikai swords together so there was no way I could pose with them. There were 2 other Ukitakes at Fanime, and they didn't have their shikai tied together.
Maybe she was jealous of your endowments? You made a lovely Matsumoto by the way, and I looove the pics Eurobeat King took when we 3 happened to be there together. At least I have in-character pics with you and vasher for that series!

God my art project is so annoying right now! Why do we have to work on an 18x24 peice of paper i would much rather work smaller. And Vasher your lance is giving me a lot of problems!! along with Dietrichs outfit because it all black *sighs* . . . on the pluse side my 4-H book is done (stupid fat book). Oh and Ester-chan we need to show Kimu the picture i dew for you :-* *giggles* She would probably insist you see a priest right away . . .

And...yes, starting tonight I have my stuff unpacked and I can get back to work on finishing my Abel costume.
I expect it to be done by the Treasure Island picnic next month, as I plan to debut it there. And last night I really sunk myself by accepting an invitation to stay with some TB cosplayers at Anime Expo in July....so it WILL be done!
I promise to post pics on my photobucket account when I get to places where something gets accomplished and looks good.

The craziest thing is...as I finish this costume, I have to start thinking what my next costume will be....

Well, I am coming back to Fanime with any of the costumes I want.
I'm sure I am doing Ukitake from Bleach again! Maybe Kenshin again, depending on other Ruroken cosplayers. And of COURSE I'm going to have my Abel costume! That one is 100% for sure. :D
It's just...what new costume should I add to my collection? That will be the question.

As for crossplay....a friend told me when he saw one of the good Ukitake pictures he couldn't tell I wasn't a guy.
Cripes.
That's bad.

Also, if the costume involves high heels, then I can't wear it. I'd die from shoes like that.

As for Nightroad as a nun....only if it was the novel version of Abel as a nun.

Yeah I think the fiend you mention is the same one I had to put up with. Our Bleach threesome pictures are some of my favorites =) We must take more Bleach pictures together in the future ^o^

Next year I suppose I can attend as Abel, too, rather than Sairin.

As for Kitty's possible confirmation of Totally Annoying Volunteer...she's lucky Ukitake is a kindly soul. And the person I had peace bond my Kenshin sakabatou was a nice volunteer.
And I just found more pics of the 3 of us together in our Bleach costumes tonight. Soooo happy we got to do that! And must take more again someday, yes! We get to gang up on Vasher's Grimmjow.

As for future cosplays, my current fave series I've already got one costume each from.
Other series I just enjoy, I don't see anything I can or want to cosplay. But I'm quite sure something will come up at some point, most likely from my (evil) friends. The only cosplay I actually picked for myself was Sairin....

*ahem* You know you could almost reuse your Able costume and we can go as Immortal Rain! Chi has volunteered to be machika and ester and i could find some other characters to play, we would need a yuca though . . .hhhhmmmmmmm *thinks hard* (ouch! brain is already in summer mode) maybe ester could do that
or we could do some other obscure manga that almost no one knows about except you . . .

I've been sewing my silver trim for Abel and downloading pictures this morning (just finished one of the Bleach sites and came to the forum to find the next site to view). But I'm going to visit the horse and go to the craft store to buy a curved needle. That collar of doom is wicked and I can't get the needle in the inside. arrrrgh.
I don't think I can fairly blame Cain for that collar, more like...*looks around* her Eminence. <coughs> It is her AX, after all....(I'm going to be in sooo much trouble!)
