Because he wasn't very distraught so she didn't die and he was a little too happy later. XP

I really do wonder what Anya did that made it so she had to be geassed. I wouldn't be surprised if she was either tied in to the incident where Lelouch's mother died or if she somehow knew him back then. Its also interesting that she still has her diary from before. Not a very good cover-up unless she hid it and happened to find it later.

Jeez... I didn't see Kallen beating up Suzaku. It seems out of character. But I don't blame her.

As for Viletta being missing, but Ougi showing up, there are a couple possible explanations... here are a couple my crazy ex-roommate proposed:
1. The Ougi we saw is actually Sayoko in disguise. Ougi and Viletta are dead or injured.
2. Sayoko saved them, but now Diethard and Sayoko have Viletta held captive and will use that as a means of controlling Ougi.

On the subject of spoilers... what say TC_X0_Lt_0X edit the quote that contains JohnnyAR's unhidden spoilers?

Dang. I forgot about that. Her having that photo. It was a photo right not a flashback? I can't remember and I don't feel like re-watching. She probably did know him then and perhaps saw something she shouldn't have. I still am curious to see the details.

Yeah it was a picture of lelouch when he was a kid, though it could look like a flashback. Im thinking that she knew who was involved in murdering marianne and charles probally geassed her so she would loose all her memories of any affiliation of being royal family besides being a knight. Anya is very cute I have to agree :3
but yes Sayoko makes men she dresses up a little too happy then they normally are. I guess we shall wait and see untill ep 17
I doubt nunally was geassed because her eyes were bandaged and Charles did not want to see her if I remember correctly
