Well.... I DID get the e-mail... a coupla weeks ago. However... when I went to print it out yesterday so I could send in my payment, it disappeared (I probably misplaced it... somewhere... BUT...) Is there anyway I can get it resent before my payment is due?

login to your account and click the "payment" tab. Print this out and send it in place of your e-mail.
