question for registration

this well be my first anything con. i would like to make shure i have everything planed for this and would like to know some answers. the registration is the ticket to get in to the con and all activitys right? i don't what to be paying 55$ just for something useless that won't get me into the con and every other thing

You must be registered to go to most areas/activities at the con.

Registration (some ppl call it a ticket [ i dont know why ] )  Technically speaking you get a non-transferable Badge that you wear during walking around the Convention Center and Concourse.
but yes, the $55 fee on the registration website is inclusive for the (vast majority) of the events at Fanime Con.

There are a few exceptions of course such as special concerts and or Panels that sometimes may have a cut off of room capacity. Some of the events may be ticketed and extremely special events (I.E Video games live) may require a completely separate paid ticket.

Assuming that you adhere to the safety rules and policies (also on the website) the idea is the enjoy and have fun at the Con in a safe and family orientated environment.

Memebership, not ticket. You register your membership when you get to con. You may purchase your membership online or at-con.
