hotel check-in time

Does anyone know when the hotel check-in time is, particularly the fairmont hotel time???

Hilton: Check-In: 4:00 PM - Check-Out: 12:00 PM
Marriott: Check-in: 3:00 pm - Check-out: 12:00 pm
Fairmont: Could not find it, but you can call them: (408) 998-1900

As an addendum, I have checked in previous at previous Fanime's as early as 10-11 AM. If you are able to and prefer to check in earlier you can just call ahead and ask if they have rooms open to check into.

Sainte Claire was 2pm as I remember from a couple years ago when we were there. Think Crowne Plaza is the same.

I got lucky at the Marriott and checked in before 2pm

Has anyone tried to check in early at the Fairmont? I stayed there last year but we checked at the time they told us, but I want to get there early this year.

Most hotels will allow you to check into your hotel room if it has been cleaned and whatnot when you get there. If not, you could always place your items with their concierge until your room is ready.
