a bit confused on B. so friday it both the official and CE gathering and some dinner later at night? and monday is the for fun gathering? please correct me so i know for sure

Yes. That is true.
With Choice B, Friday is BOTH the Official Gathering and the CE Gathering. It is more efficient and sensible to stick them together than fragment our stuff. Fanime will take photos of the Official G and the CE. After photos, we will play games. Then go to dinner. Then hang about a bit ... and, subsequently, go watch L: Change the WorLd.

Monday will be for fun. Fanime will not come to snapshot us. We can just hang about and do what we want/will. *shrug* ^__^

Monday is best for me. I have school on that Friday, and so will some other people probably, so I think Monay works best. ^_^

i have no school on that friday and about the tea thing
i think i will be wonderful if we get like a pot of tea and have a tea party in either the middle of the hall or in the gathering so people will be wondering what were doing like say"omg bunch of death note characters having a tea party" and if someone comments similar to like that we just stay silent and nod =D? throwing ideas around  :P

For those of you worried about missing Fanime for school (or missing school for Fanime), Choice B makes everything on Friday afterschool and Monday is Memorial Day. So no school will be missed.

Choice A would make students miss the CE gathering and there would only be pictures on Monday. No fun games. :(

(Choice B also gives us a much longer possibility for the CE than Choice A.)

Everyone will have to pay for his/her own dinner... I can't possibly buy every person dinner. O____O;

I was thinking that we could go to a nearby restaurant. Or Maid Cafe at Fanime.
It depends on what everyone agrees upon on Friday considering budgets and tastes.

^{If there are a couple of people who can't fully pay for dinner with their Fanime budgets (meaning they can at least afford part of his/her dinner), I'm assuming that the rest of us won't have those people starve/be left out, and we'll chip in to help out a little with dinner.} :) *hugs*

not sure if i can bring food but i can bring cards for the game "13"...errr...deuces is what you would call it for unfamiliars. ==' i think u guys know it by deuces instead of the asian way, "13"...

i'm so busy still messing with cosplay that i'm not sure if i can afford to make a stop at safeways or longs or something to buy food. (yeah i know cheap right, but less time instead of making food like a cake) I know that I could make asian food or something but seriously....rice don't work out overnight unless we steam it again >.<; same with sushi.

I may make/bring a chocolate cake but count it as a 75% NO as in I won't, except an apple which may not be red itself LOL. If time allows, i'll try to bake one on thursday afterschool or so...
