Granted! Each time a solar eclipse happens people will get super powers. But, since this only happens during a solar eclipse and solar eclipses are very rare, it really has no impact on the world as a whole. (All the people who were flying when the solar eclipse lifted fell to their doom. Those people who were currently walking through walls were phased into the walls and died. The invisible people were found in public places very naked and very embarassed.)
