Looking for Cosplay Piece Help

I'm working on putting a cosplay together and I've run into something that's very hard(for me) to find!

I'm looking for a nezumi kozo bandit hat.  Anyone know where I can find any?

Dunno if you can buy it anywhere, but it looks like it'd be something simple to make using a couple pieces of felt cloth.

Wow, that's a really awkward-looking hat.  Maybe you could try sewing blue and red felt cloth together in this sort of shape...?

Then, I guess, twist the bottom-right strap around and tie an awkward knot with the three straps...?
