All Cosplay Gatherings question????

Hey everyone,
Well this might be a stupid question, but I thought I would ask it anyways so here it goes... :-[

Ok so I know that certain cosplay groups will be assembled at different areas and times at the convention for pictures, etc,...(I really want to get some good pictures of as many groups as I can! :) )
But my question is, do I have to look through the forums to find the areas and times of that particular group or does fanime maybe hand out a schedule with the meeting places and times?  ???

This is my first fanime so I'm not quite sure how everything works yet so if anyone could help me out that would be awesome!

When you first enter the convention center, or go upstairs, there are boards that have details about the gatherings (Series, date, time, location)

Another noobie to the con like me~! XD Also, there is a thread here that had that listed but it seems like it's under construction still but it should show it sooner or later (I hope) x.x
