ID and Name Registration (Bought Badge with Incorrect Information)

I pre-registered for Fanime the other day but I didn't know I needed an ID for individual registration (I don't own an ID yet anyways. ._.) plus I signed up with an alias (I'm stupid and I thought that the ID was only required for the group thing). However, I do have a school ID. But still, I signed up and bought the badge with an alias.
I was wondering what I could do about this? Because I don't have the money to buy a new badge at all. I spent all my saved up money on this one. TT_TT

You'll have to email registration about this and explain it to them. They're the only ones who could fix it for you.

Maybe try emailing them again?  Sometimes emails don't go through and get lost who-knows-where.  I've had to re-send many emails over the years because of that exact reason.  So yeah, maybe the best course of action would be to send a second email just to make sure they got it.  Just make sure to be polite in it, though, in case the people in charge of registration did get the message but haven't had time to respond yet.  After all, a lot of people have had questions for them lately.
