I have a Kaylee cosplay. Wasn't sure if I wanted to bring it this year, but if there's actually going to be a gathering this year, I'll bring it. ^^

Bumpage, first page update folks.


We're now in the Winchester (how terribly appropriate considering it's a firearm manufacturer and thw Winchester repeating rifle won the west so to speak.....moving on) room on the Hilton side, which is nopw the cosplay hangout room.

Hmm maybe I can throw together a "Wash" Cosplay and drop by. If not looks like it goes on my list for next year  :)

Just a repost of what I told ya at the con Saph, but here's the suggestions the people at my gathering had:

A list of all the gatherings to be run off and put in the attendee bags along with a decoder for locations so that people aren't "Whuh?...where?"

That and letting staffers know at the locations in question as to what events are when and where. The guys at the hangout apparently had no clue someone was hosting a gathering there at 1 and I got a deer in headlights look when I brought it to their attention.

Another one is to find this bucket of bubble gum and keep it at the gathering check in table so I can pick it up next year....that one's my suggestion.


Other than that it went off well.

We have already figured to leave a copy of the locations key @ all info desks & Cosplayer Hangout location info, but we don't want to shorten the # of gatherings by the FanimeCon deadlines for printing so I do the Gatherings Info boards. All the information will be available at the Cosplayer Hangout next year. See that thread for more info on the Hangout.

You might have caught the staff change and they weren't sure. I will make sure the events & rules for the room are clearly posted for next year.

I tossed it because it was so old, but I will look into buying fresh gum for next year :)

Glad it went well and I hope to have more time next year to actually play :P
