Honestly I am having con withdrawal after Sakuracon.  Just found out about Fanime and I really want to go.  But most of my friends don't like anime and the ones that do are too poor to go.  So just seeing who is out there I could possibly become friends with and go to Fanime with.  For Sakuracon I actually went alone because my friends all could not make it.  However I was able to meet some amazing people and had a blast.

I live in the Portland area. I also know A LOT of cosplayers (pretty much all my friends are cosplayers) that live in the beaverton/hilsboro area.
