Hey all Hololive/Holostars fans, come show your support for your Oshis in this Hololive Cosplay gathering! We will be having fun and celebrating all things Hololive so come on by and hang out with fellow Hololive fans.

Day: Saturday
Time: 3 pm
Location: G6

Photo Order:
We plan to do a group photo of all the cosplayers than move down the list with each Hololive and Holostars generations one at a time along with mascots and staff. There will be group ups with more themes as time allows live at the event!

Legal Statement-Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

As scheduling is still in the works, I would love to get people's opinions on what day would be best for them to be able to attend the Hololive Cosplay Gathering.
Do know that this poll does not necessarily mean the day with the most votes will be the day for the gathering, it is just to help see people's availability and to plan accordingly.

As we now have a tentative date, the poll is over and we shall have the gathering on Saturday!

I will be posting any updates on this forum post and on the Discord. If you have any questions please leave a comment in this post and I will try my best to answer any and all questions as best I can and when time allows. I hope to see you at Fanime and hope you have a good day buh bye!

Gathering time has been confirmed! We will be hosting the gathering Saturday 3 pm at area G6, which is the stairs right of the main entrance of the convention. Hope to see you there!
