Hmm...funniest for me would probably have to be Excel Saga, and I've seen the first episode of Full Metal Panic Fumoffu, and it made me tear up with laughter so I'm saying that one too...
I also love the humor used in Bleach, though it isn't necessarily a strict comedy...in fact it's pretty dark, but it's one of my fave series :)

I'll just vote for one: SD Gundam. And like Ryu said, not that crap Toonami played; I'm talking about the original from back in the day. How can you go wrong with a super deformed Char Aznable? How can you go wrong with anything that has Char Aznable?
