its sad thouhg, i think the numbers for fanime are gonna go down because of the down time with the site and because of the change in Der Cosplay.

it just had to change. it cant be der cosplay without Deiter. they'll still have the masquerade and such. but i heard that that the awards are going to be alot better. like craftsmanship awards will go to people who actually deserve it.

Actually, it's like what serajwl said: the masquerade will not be 'derCosplay' seeing as Dieter won't be MC. There will be skits and whatnot, as well as an added 'Craftsmanship' competition for those interested. I believe what they're arranging is for judging to be before the Masquerade, or something similar.

yeah, i did carry around my brother on my back last year. otherwise people thought i was sasuke -____-" and then people ask for photos so he hops up on my back and people are like "OOOOH I GET IT- YOUNG ITACHI AND CHIBI SASUKE!!! CUUUUUTE!!!"

well, since Deiter's not doing it anymore, the chick who did the masquerade for AX a few years back is gonna be coordinating it.

they're supposed to have better awards and give it to people who most deserve it, it's supposedly going to have a cyber-goth theme, and that's all i really know.
