How do I put anime on my psp?

I don't know if I should put this on this section or not but.. here it goes

I want to know how to put anime on my psp. Does anyone got any websites that I can download a compressor thingy for my computer so I can put anime on my psp? And which folder should I put it in? I still don't know if I put it in the COMMONS folder of my new, but for now useless 1 gig memory stick which I just bought using most of my christmas money. I want to watch anime on my psp soooooooo badly!! I got tons of animes that I haven't finished and want to put animes on so I can finish them while on the go. Like riding the bus to school and back for example. Whats a good website where I can download a quick compressor thingy to compress animes and put them straight in my psp? My friend knows but is such a B17CH because he doesn't want to tell me how, I keep asking him but he refuses all the time!! Good God to those in heaven, please help this poor and lost soul!!!

Use the 3GP Converter. Search it up on Yahoo or Google.

I'd reccommend the 3GP encoder.

The interface is simple. Just set the Transcoding. Choose your directory for the file, and drag and drop what you want to encode in the window maked "Drag and Drop Here' and it should take care of the rest. I can't be assured of the quality seeing as how I have no way to test it because I don't have a PSP, but that seems like it should do the trick.

Umm go to http://pspupdates.qj.net/  there is a lot of handy discussion there and they have a link to some other site on that site that has hundreds of things that you can download for your Psp. Compressors Im sure as well. And a lot more you can do for your psp if you downgrade it.

But, wait...which folder do I stick it in when I hook up the psp to my pc now, do I need a high powered usb port, how long will it take?
