Approved! But they had to lower other budgets to give it to you. This has four negative effects.....

1.) Your office got moved to the basement.
2.) You can't bring your red stapler.
3.) You don't get any cake.
4.) There is an accounting error and you don't actually get your pay checks.

Granted! But it's only 1 second into the future...so it just serves to really confused you and drive you crazy. You live your life repeating every second twice and you end up in a mental institution because of your problems in dealing with this.
