Have there ever been any female artists to write and draw a good shonen manga? I mean, if you look at all the top-rated shonen manga, they're all drawn by males, and intentionally for males. Not saying that us girls don't love those manga to peices, of course~!

Kishimoto-sensei drew Naruto, Tite-sensei drew Bleach, and I think who ever drew One Peice was male too....

I agree but, if you look just outside of the circle of top-rated shonen manga at the well-known series, I can name three off the top of my head:
Hoshino, D.Gray-man's mangaka
Amano, Katekyo Hitman Reborn's mangaka
Arakawa, Fullmetal Alchemist's mangaka

I haven't read FMA but, of the other two, I didn't realize that Hoshino-sensei was a woman until I looked it up. It was a bit easier to tell Amano-sensei's gender from the general feel of the art in Reborn.

Well, shounen manga is by definition targeted to males.  But yeah, as chaosbark pointed out, there are some others -- and I daresay all three of those seria are pretty damned hot right now.  *cuddles Hagaren*
