Personally, I represent Akiko as an awesome mom, but not one who I'd actually like to screw (even though we know she'd go 'APPROVED!1!' without thinking it through first). Thus, I suppose my warped definition of MILF, going against the actual acronym, would be a mother who's so hot/cute/moe that she's F-able, but the question of whether or not you'd actually want to do it is up in the air.

My internal definition of MILF is probably pretty similar, but I have to say, Akiko is so amazing that it'd be up in the air for less time than it takes her to "approve" anything!

Much like the iincho, this would be another moe that though it isn't something I would normally think of, under deeper consideration, I am able to discover more likeable aspects of a character.
For this one, which I categorize under moe-ness of being a mother more than the actual acronym, I choose Chigusa Sakai (Yuji's ever-so-wise mom) from Shakugan no Shana. Oblivious mother who gives more and better advice that those with insight of the situation. Those are the good moms, they don't need to understand, they just know.
Plus as a character alone she's still pretty moe....

MILF is a moe I've actually been thinking about more as of recent.  I, like most other people in this tread, like Akiko.  Have for the last couple of years or so.  And then there was Lindy.  That really started the ball rolling.  Then every once in a while there were more: Yuzuhara Haruka, Hinata Aki, Kohinata Otoha, etc.  I think I can now say I'm pretty much a casual MILF fan.

Lindy Hallaoun.  Admiral in the Time Space Administration.  Captain of the warship Asura.  Mother of one Chrono Hallaoun.  And one totally gorgeous lady.  I moe. XD

Am I the only one who was surprised that Hisakawa Aya makes an amazing MILF?  I always associate her with Skuld or wacky characters who speak kansai-ben, so I didn't realize she could make that kind of voice.  She also voiced Chun's character: Fumio.

And here's Lindy & Momoko--the mothers of Nanoha:

So I was just thinking about how the season's over and as something of a recap, why don't we go over our moes picks?

My top moes of Fall 2006 (in no particular order):

-Minase Nayuki (Kanon)
A favorite of mine for years now.  Kanon 2006 just brings the adorable ottori itoko back into the spotlight.

-C.C. (Code Geass)
I am likely the biggest stoic girl fan here, so C.C. should be no surprise.  She also has a twinge of sassiness, which is fun every once in a while.  And one cannot discount the Yukana factor.

-Itsukushima Takako (Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru)
The tsundere ojou seitokaichou of Otoboku.  She has a very pronounced tsun-tsun to dere-dere cycle.  Originally very prideful, strong, and antagonistic; but as the series progresses, she shows more of her demure, innocent, and dere-dere side.  Although she'd promptly deny it, she's just a naïve young girl at heart and it's adorable whenever it shows.

Kanon: My top favorites have always been Ayu and Shiori but Nayuki has become a contender now as well. So far, Shiori has become my fave over Ayu by a slight margin. I like Shiori's shyness and habit of speaking. Ayu is energetic and Nayuki is just downright cute with her sleepiness... and the jam.

Jigoku Shoujo Futakomori: Enma Ai has been my fave since the first season but I also reallly like Kikuri (a new character). They are adorable as a pairing. <3 Kikuri is rather mischievous but also quite ignorant due to her age.

Galaxy Angel Rune: Nano! <3 Definitely my fave here. A little eccentric but very cute behavioral patterns. She also has a very cute voice.

Code Geass: I like C.C as well. >.< I also like stoic gals and her sassiness...

Happiness!: Koyuki. She is very reserved and eccentric. Two traits that I like.

DGrayman: Linali and Rodo; my faves originally from the manga. Linali is very strong emotionally and is a nice girl. Rodo has cute outfits and is eccentric. I like her evilness. >.<

BTW, is there a category for tough girls? The ones that are emotionally tough; that will never give up despite the circumstances. I have a few fave characters from previous seasons that have that kind of emotional state.
