As for me, Chizuru Naba from Negima?!

Cause in the manga, she acts very sisterlike to Negi and Koutaro while the chaos ensues around her. She also brings Kotarou back to health after the whole Kyoto Arc. Plsu she looks hella good wearing a chinese dress during the Mahora Academy School Festival.
