anywho, on with the answer:
I mostly see the glass itself as half-full, but there are points where you feel like crap and start to see it instead as half-empty; If you don't try to see everything in a positive light, then it will always seem to be half-empty, sometimes even less than that.

How do YOU see it?

I think I look at my glass as containing 50% water. Half is half, it's empty and it's full, it's the same to me. I asked you because I really don't get that question, I suppose I'm too neutral to grasp it.

It's just a way to describe it. If someone asked you to check up on measurements for something, like a container and its contents, you don't describe it as "The container is half." Half what? Is the container half-filled? Or is the container itself in halves? Seems like common sense, but it's incorrect.

As for the "Is the glass half-full or half-empty?" question, I would call it half-empty. You can interpret it as either me being pessimistic, or wanting more out of life, but to me it's more like... full is full. If it's not full anymore, part of it is gone or not there anymore. Like a bottle of soda-- if you take a sip, part of it is gone. It's not full anymore, and that sip makes that part empty.

Okay, since I posted here, I feel obligated to post random questions.

Dr. O, what are your fears? Nothing deep or complicated-- something simple, like spiders and the dark.

What's your favorite flavor of Vitasoy? Or Jones.

Why do you try so hard to put up and be nice to PyronIkari when he's an asshole?

Do you play any musical instruments? If so, how much experience? If not, what would you like to play?

Could you kill anyone with said instrument? How? What would your methods be? Destroying the instrument would be fine, but it'd be a plus if you didn't.

If you were stranded on an island, and all you had were 9 2x4's, 30 ft. of rope, what would your third item be?

If you had to give up either both your arms, or both your legs, which would you choose?

Ed and Lisa were found dead in their apartment. Their bodies are surrounded by glass and water, and there's a breeze blowing in from the window. Explain how it happened? (XD)

well, you're not obligated to post a question, it's just a option.

Dr. O, what are your fears? Nothing deep or complicated-- something simple, like spiders and the dark.
I'm afraid of drowing.

What's your favorite flavor of Vitasoy? Or Jones.
Never had Vitasoy or Jones before; sorrys.

Why do you try so hard to put up and be nice to PyronIkari when he's an asshole?
Well, it's not that i'm putting up with him and trying to be nice; your conduct online and your conduct in real life are two completely different things; we'll use myself as an example.

Online, i can talk openly(well, almost openly) about things and am a little bit talkative, whereas in real life(read: in person), i'm not the most open person to talk too; i am mostly quiet and tend to listen more than speak.

Earlier on, i immediately started to judge him simply by the way he made himself to appear through his posts, and that was not right of me; i should judge him through both aspects, online and in person. By only seeing him through one spectrum makes me biased, and i don't like to be biased. I'll meet him eventually; Until then, he's pretty much in the 'gray zone', so to speak.

Do you play any musical instruments? If so, how much experience? If not, what would you like to play?
I do not play any musical instruments; I would like to play either the guitar(generic answer, i know), or maybe the violin or the piano.

Could you kill anyone with said instrument? How? What would your methods be? Destroying the instrument would be fine, but it'd be a plus if you didn't.
you could kill anyone with either of those, no matter the method you take.

If you were stranded on an island, and all you had were 9 2x4's, 30 ft. of rope, what would your third item be?
A crate-full of Duct Tape.

If you had to give up either both your arms, or both your legs, which would you choose?
I'd give up my legs.

Ed and Lisa were found dead in their apartment. Their bodies are surrounded by glass and water, and there's a breeze blowing in from the window. Explain how it happened? (XD)

That's pretty scary. I can't swim, but I like playing in the water. I'm afraid of submerging myself, though.

What's your favorite flavor of Vitasoy? Or Jones.
Never had Vitasoy or Jones before; sorrys.
Vitasoy is pretty fobby and Asian, I guess. You should try Jones, though. They're awesome-- tons of flavors. On holidays, they have holiday flavors like... for Thanksgiving, there's turkey and mashed potatoes...

Mmkay, but don't force yourself to do anything you don't want to do.

Do you play any musical instruments? If so, how much experience? If not, what would you like to play?
I do not play any musical instruments; I would like to play either the guitar(generic answer, i know), or maybe the violin or the piano.
I'm learning to play the piano, and self-teaching myself to play guitar, too. I'm also starting violin lessons next year. I'm doing some drums, being taught by a couple of friends. Instruments are wonderful, and it's never too late to try. Go for it if you want to, because it's a great skill to have when you want to express yourself or have a productive hobby.

Could you kill anyone with said instrument? How? What would your methods be? Destroying the instrument would be fine, but it'd be a plus if you didn't.
you could kill anyone with either of those, no matter the method you take.
Aww, I expected a more creative answer than that. I would've used "would" instead of "could", but then you could answer no. All the instruments you chose had wire and wood. It would've been nice if you played around with that.

If you were stranded on an island, and all you had were 9 2x4's, 30 ft. of rope, what would your third item be?
A crate-full of Duct Tape.
With so little option, I would've chose something that'd entertain me since I'd feel there'd be no hope getting off the island alive if I didn't know where I was.

If you had to give up either both your arms, or both your legs, which would you choose?
I'd give up my legs.
I'd do the same, probably for similar reasons.

Ed and Lisa were found dead in their apartment. Their bodies are surrounded by glass and water, and there's a breeze blowing in from the window. Explain how it happened? (XD)

That doesn't make any sense, nor didit answer the question...

Your conduct online and in real life shouldn't be different, as they're reflections of who you are regardless of the false sense of anonyminity that comes with being behind a wall of text.

somewhat true, but everyone acts differently given the situation/circumstances. Those that have met me in person can easily see a difference.

I'm hoping you read that whole answer and not just the first sentence you pulled.

I still stand by my post. I'll judge you when I meet you, but you're still in that 'gray zone' for now.

Please refrain from using such comments. Otaku is my friend, and as I see it, he was baited into a flaming discussion. Stop. I am not usually this defensive with anyone, but flame baiting, on the internet, is rather pathetic.

I don't care what you do in real life, or on the internet. As far as I am concerned everyone here is equal. Treat them as such, or don't comment at all.

Christopher Walken would do the commentary along with me.

take a guess...

how about a side kick?
isn't my assistant basically my sidekick? oh well..

your rival nemesis?
the government.

What kind of accent would you like to have?
the one the current Doctor Who has.

how many episodes would it take to save the universe?
somewhere between 50 and 75.

It wasn't flame bait... it was a statement about his personality that I have observed. Frankly, I don't care if you're his friend, as that has no bearing on any thing. See, people aren't equal. People excel and are weak at different things... including personality and social skill. I respect people accordingly. If I can't dislike a person because they act stupidly towards me then wow, what a pathetic mess of a world you probably live in. If I'm supposed to like him(or pretend to) just because he is your friend, then... crap... might as well kill me now, because god knows I won't pretend to.

Quotenow, that is where you are so very, very wrong.

You've proven to me otherwise(as a lot of this forum has actually). Frankly, I can respect someone that can be honest with his feelings based on a logical set of reasonings, even if they are negative towards me, over someone as fake as you. The basis of dislike that most people had against me were totally bull reasons that revolved around "OH HE'S NOT NICE TO ME AND MY FRIENDS! He doesn't act all happy lucky and has negative things to say, and negative things about me or anyone I know are bad!" And despite this, you people talk down about so many other people because they are not part of your little clique.

Only a whole 4 people had the balls to talk to me about my views and perspectives in an attempt to try and understand(and 2 of them acted so fake when talking to me, it was painful having to sit through it). You people are human, why not act it, instead of trying to be a little show piece that has to always be liked, and cannot do anything that they think will be reflected as "not good".

Okay, well... I agree with everything Pyron said in the above post, but I'm afraid some of you might see it as bias.

Thing is, Otaku, you do seem to put up with it more than you would like to for the sake of being the "good guy". Don't push yourself to do anything you don't want to do, but if you strongly feel that you need to push yourself to be friendly when it is clearly not something you naturally feel like you want to do, it does become quite fake in appearance. As far as I'm concerned, I can at least respect that, but being yourself and following what you feel like you want to do is suggested.

As for Xphobiax's defense, him being your friend isn't any reason for someone expressing their opinion, negative or not. (It was a bit uncalled for, though, hon.) This forum, and all the people within it-- actually, in the entire world, no one is equal. The idea of human equality was invented to justify more extreme cases of inequality in history, but doesn't necessarily apply to more modern standards. Some people are better than others, and some are nearly useless. There's no point in denying that, despite the fact that they are indeed people.

Pyron is very honest about his feelings and opinions. Even though most of you might not want him to post his comments at all, him being nice about most of the statements he makes would be him lying about what he feels. If he doesn't like you, Otaku, he isn't going to pretend to. Thing is, though... there really isn't any reason for you to like him, either. In fact, you have much reason not to like him. It isn't an obligation to be friendly and nice to everyone you meet. It can be part of your personality, but you don't need to make an effort for anyone specific, especially when you get treated negatively by said person. That actually goes for a lot of the people here.

When I hung out with you guys (the Fanimafia group), even though it wasn't that long of a term, I became somewhat familiar with the ones I did meet in person. When we're separated, you guys talk so much shit about each other... but you guys stick together and act all friendly EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIKE THAT PERSON, so all of you are just this one happy group as if you can't find any other people to be with. A lot of you are really nice, and some are actually wonderful in person-- but I can't help to feel like a lot of it is fake.

I know pretty much everyone here would have thoughts like, "Well, I act like myself... so if people like me, they like me for me." but the thing is, even though it IS yourself, you only show a portion of it that you think people will like. Everything else is filtered and kept to yourself to the point that it becomes a facade... and your friendships with people become shallow and maintained by just a lot of people trying really hard just to be friendly with each other, rather than real people.

If you don't like a person, don't push yourself to like them. If a friendship was meant to be, something about them that appeals to you will show up eventually. If a person doesn't like you, fuck them. Don't bother them, and don't end up making yourself feel stupid by trying. Be friends with people you like, and agree with opinions because you agree. Don't just act like a bunch of sheep that try to maintain some sort of flawless society of people that're only friends with people who are willing to put up a friendly act.

Anyways, it's really hard for me to say anything on this forum now... A lot of you make it a pretty tense environment for me, because it seems like you guys strongly associate me with Pyron because I'm his girlfriend. Some of you guys even tried to "save me" from him, but forgot that I'm my own person. I hope this isn't the case, and that my words will be viewed upon as my own. Thanks.

I totally meant something else by the word 'equal'. Equal as in one person to one person, not as a whole. As in equal respect, you know the 'treat others as you would like to be treated' sorta thing.  One, I am NOT apart of the fanimafia. In all respects, I was just merely stating an opinion that was uncalled for. (being the fake and pathetic statement) He is a friend and I will stand up for my friends. (I always do, It's a fualt I am willing to admit) But to each their own. I am an outsider and view such things as an outsider. I will continue to do so, and frankly, the people who know me...know damn good and well I don't give two shits about what goes on between everyone. It's distracing from the main picture.

Anyways, it's really hard for me to say anything on this forum now... A lot of you make it a pretty tense environment for me, because it seems like you guys strongly associate me with Pyron because I'm his girlfriend.

Well, I don't. I think it's stupid to associate someone like that. I hope you are all proud of yourselves. (Myself included) I come from a different point in life, and I am sorry that 'I don't know what the story is'. I'd rather not know, but I get stuck with people's own version of what's going on anyways. There's a bigger problem here then you are willing to see. I guess that happens when  large group of people get stuck together. I have this intense respect for people, no matter who they are (it's another fualt I admit) and I hope you understand that.

Looking down on people becuase of who they are or what you think of them, is foolish. I, for one, will continue to visit people and talk with them. I don't give a shit what everyone else says until I meet that person. (I do agree with the not liking a person, but there are more tolerable ways to deal with that...I won't get into that*fualts on ethics and ettiquett*)
There is quite a bit of shit-slinging here. I hope you're all happy, becuase you all made yourselves look like asses. I am not proud to be on this board.
