If my photo is taken without my permission and do not delete it upon my request, you are in risk of me punching you in the face, kicking you in the balls, or beating you down with whatever I have with me at the time.

Sorry but as long as you are on public property any person has the right to take your photo.  They maintain all rights to said photo and do not have to obtain your permission.  They are free to do with this photo as they see fit.  The only case in which this doesn't apply is if the photo could be used as libel.

Quite true. When you are out in public, there are no laws to prevent someone from taking a picture, and unfortunately, Paparazzi take full advantage of that fact.  But that aside, It would be more polite to ask.

Glomp me if you can! You won't miss me. I'll be the person (most likely cosplaying) with the custom glomp me sign. I've been goin to Fanime for about 4 years and last year was my first time being glomped (probably because of the glomp me sign I had on as tacky as it was) it was actaully interesting.  ;D ;D ;D

If I'm just included in the picture as just a person amongst other people, it's not a big deal. If someone takes a picture of me SPECIFICALLY, without permission, it's rather creepy and annoying. I'm sure most people would definitely prefer being asked before having their photo taken.

its always a good idea to ask people before taking their pics, glomping,hugging, picking them up and carrying them off, etc. it all adds up to a happier con experience. and for the love of bob, SHOWERS ARE GOOD!

☆ Yes, I'll have something highly alcoholic in my room and of course, friends can help themselves... but I'm not a babysitter, please drink responsibly (or at least be able to crawl your way out to your own room) as Bacardi and Smirnoff both ask of us.

My nickname is JAR so if you see it on my badge then you now its me. Glomping me is alright just as long as you warn me and you don't do it from behind without warning. Oh yeah and please don't smell bad before you go to the FanimeCon, I can't really live with the smell of B.O. just at least shower, use deorderant, and a lil' pinch of colonge before you go. Nobody wants to hang around someone who doesn't shower.
