Prop Size Limit?

im sorry if this is in the wrong place but i honestly cant find a more On topic place to put this, feel free to direct me elsewares
Now, i've looked around for anything about a Prop Size Limit, and the closest i've come is the weapons policy..

and im pretty sure a giant katamari isnt considered a weapon

im not even sure i'll even be able to make this, but just incase i do i'd like to know if it would be con-ready
if you really need a refrance as to what it is, here
its basically a ball, with bumps on it
the plan looks to have it coming out 5 feet to 5 1/2 feet high
that also means 5 1/2 feet wide

i plan to use large collapsable (4 1/2') plastic spheres on the inside, and i should be able to shrink those down to about a foot, im not sure
and then the outside slipcover, basically, should be about the mass of a large comforter
it would be like this for most of the time so i could carry it around, and would only be set up for photos

I (might) have a 5' tall katamari, but i could fold it down to fit through doors
and while tempting, im not going to roll it around the convention picking up cosplayers
so, nice Conops people, am i allowed to walk around with this thing ?

i thnk if you dont try and hurt any one and can get it through the door and dont obstruct or damage anything on the con premisis and can carry it around all day its find i look forward to seeing it ^_^

5' ? That's a little ambitious. But if you can pull it off, I would think staff would be more amazed (afraid?) than anything else.

But then again... 5' is a little large, maybe thinking on a smaller scale would be better.

im trying to make it so big because i plan to bring my little brother along as the prince, so i wanted to make it in scale
the only smallerbutstillbigish size i could make it about 3' high instead, its really dependant on the sizes of the collapsing spheres i can find
i've got a working pattern, i just have to scale it up, and then the only proplem is getting the 140$ for the big plastic spheres )':
