Apparently it has multiple days of events, but the big day for the costume contest and parade is the 20th.
That's the only day I'll go all the way up into San Francisco for it.

As for the festival:
There's a number of events that run through the day, but the cosplay contest and parade are at 10:30 am at the Civic Center for the contest and 1 for the parade to start.
There's plans for cosplayers that want to hang together to meet at 8-9 am at the cafe across from the Mikado in J-town. (ININ set that up.) Then at 9 we're going in a group to the Civic Center.

Unforunately the 20th wouldn't work for me...Iam going to the California Film Festival that weekend...This is the 3rd year I will be missing The Cherry Festival...

Hehehe. I be cosplaying as Sakura, but its from naruto. Ill just wear a black shirt over my head and costume. XD. Ill make alot of paper shurikens, and I don't know about kunai though.

Yes, twelve!  It's just six more than what I already have, and they're these skeletal fairy... things.  I made 'em so they can lie flat on top of each other so we can slide them under the bed or something. <3

I'll be wearing a Twelve Kingdoms cosplay--one of the kirin, if I survive the hand sewing of the cloud pattern for the skirt and sleeves. aaaaaaaaaargh. I had wanted the costume finished by tonight, but that's not going to happen.... :P

You have my sympathies for hand sewing.  It takes ages and fingers ache all over when you're through.

Kimu~ I'll be wearing an all white dress with a pink underskirt, ying yang symbols on the sleeves, and a blonde wig( it's a not well known costume from Samurai Deeper Kyo), but I'll be with a DMC4 Dante and a princess serenity if that helps ^.^

It'd be in the Japanese section.(but the title would be "Zetman" spelt in english). Don't go out of your way to check ^^; just if your there and would check and tell me...I would be in your debt!!!

I'll try and do that for you, i'll write it down on my costume reference sheet lol but my memory sucks like no other so if someone else wants to check I think that would be good too ^.^'
