After running all over for that treasure hunt (and doing quite fine in my waraji unlike some other's shoe stories-LOL!) including that thing of running fast to report the pirate for a rule violation (as a proper Ukitake would do!)--my hair under the wig slipped back and then it was hell trying to keep it from slipping back after that. aaack
I'm also going to have some hours detangling it for AX....

woah vasher's back!! tee hee just a litle loop from lack of sleep and TOO MUCH FOOD!!!! we had dinner with some of the local families for a night and they kept giving us dish after dish of excelent food, and its rude to keep refusing so my friends and i are STUFFED!  that picnic looks like so much fun i'm sorry to have missed it :( today we drove from Ibillin, which is near Nazareth and Galilee, to Bethlehem. The scenery has changed drastically! in Ibillin it was really similar to livermore and the surrounding tri-valley. Jerusalem and Bethlehem look like what you would expect a desert to look like, barren! i have yet to ride a camel though *pouts*  :-X on the other hand i am one of the few youth who have yet to get ill on this trip!   ;D I dislike big citys really and here i feel like i always need to be on my guard in case of pick pockets (i have already been hit up by at least 4 street urchins). In Ibillin i had no worries at all, everyone was so nice :)
Ester -chan when i get back i shall teach you to sew and we can work on our next costumes!!

Ideas for cosplay?
I'm afraid at the moment I'll be useless. Until I get this Abel done...I don't even know what I'll do next after I recover from finishing this! (And as mentioned, even after AX, I'll be reworking or redoing a few things.)
One must be patient...the right thing will then come to you, or your friends....LOL!
I thought some of you were looking at things like D.Gray Man for your next cosplays?
And I know some are doing other Trinity Blood characters. ;P
If you were into Bleach, I'd help you find a Bleach character so you could join Yukari, Kitty, vasher, and me in that series, too! mwahaha (The Spirits are Always With You!)

By the way...I have the armor piece attachments done on the cassock, got the rosary hook up worked out (darn that manga crew for such a silly set up!) and am now starting to sew arrows on!!!
I hope to have "volume 1 manga version" done by tomorrow night depending on how pesky the arrow sewing goes. Then I am at least assured of having that much to wear to AX!!
I'll work on the cape armor pieces this weekend and pray that goes well so I have the whole thing ready.
I'll do some pics after the arrows are on!

woot I got to float in the dead sea today! i really do not suggest going if you have any sort of cut or (for the girls) if you have or are finishing your period  . . . Ahhhhh the buring  . . . please don't ask *makes pianful face*
we also visited the site the dead sea scroll were found and the place where a bunch of jews commited suicide rather than surrendering to the romans. I think it was called Masada. So i satin a place were 900 people commited suicide . . .*shivers*

I'm a little fried at the moment. There were layoffs at work today and things were totally crazy, and I'm on call for a really messed up project this weekend, so I'm a little shook up and it's hard to focus at the moment.
You should go look at a bunch of the characters, as there are SOOO many!!! Because some of them you'd need to get wigs for. And it'd depend on what you were willing to do. And some of the costumes are easier than others.
A basic shinigami outfit is easy enough to put together.
But if you saw something that interested you, we could tell you all about the character. It would be awesome if some more of you that do like Bleach, could also be part of that gathering, too. teehee

As for you at AX...ROTFL!

Kate...you were at Masada then. wow...and the Dead Sea and stuff?
