Time: 12 PM
Meeting Place: L: 1FCC RS (Risers Stage)
Location: Park across from FH (Park across from Fairmont Hotel, by the giant Snake/zabimaru) (NOTE: My friends and I refer to the Aztec snake as Zabimaru =w=))

Fanime will be taking group pictures during the Gathering/Event this year. If you do not want to be included in those pictures please step aside for those photos. By remaining with the group when the pictures are being taken you give your consent to be photographed.

NOTE: You DO NOT have to be in a Gaiaonline cosplay to attend! You may show up in any cosplay or not in cosplay at all! If your not in cosplay, try to sport some gaia-Gear to show you support for the site! :'D

-I wanted to suggest that your meeting place be some place on site before you go off site and that it be a half hour before the gathering. My suggestion for a MP would be Fountains in Front by the drop off/taxi area. On Saturday that may have more ruckus due to the protesters, but each year there are so many new people that they may not know about the stone snake aka Zabimaru :P Then go as a group over to the snake so that less people get lost.

Don't forget that you need to check in to the gatherings table on the first floor 1/2 hour before so go there first and then go to your meeting place.

I think late morning or early afternoon? I remember they came Saturday, I think they skipped Sunday, and were back on Monday. If everything goes well for 2010 and people listen, then it shouldn't cause as big of a ruckus.
