I'm not sure honestly. She's seen the thread before but because none of us are the ones actually responsible for running it at con, I don't think we're allowed to. But then, I'm a noob, so I don't know. xP

Yeah the person who started it IS supossed to do it but if it gets closer and still no official-ness going on she usually allow someone else to hijack the gathering and be in charge. (I had to do this last year for RE)

Usually the Gaia mods open a thread up for their Convention tours. They typically open the 'Official' Fanime threads.
