*scratches head* I am unsure... I think we really need to come into contact with Kites-kun before making our own actual plans... Plus there's the link in the first post at the very bottom about the official thread in Gaia...
But I'm not one to know any of this stuff.
This is my second con, though my first I don't count official because I barely even knew what an anime convention was.
'xD Off-topic.... but I remember being told that I get to 'dress up', I went formal, in a dress, with heels. Man, I was that much of a complete and utter newb in 2006...

I am sad to say the same thing; Monday is my only day that's close to being free... and I am not confident in abilities of running the gathering. 'x//3

That works for me ^^) I already have your person info so all I need is day, time, and place. BTW... Saturday at noon there is nothing scheduled, would this time work for all the Gaia peeps since you can come in any cosplay?

On a personal note: I would like to see this gathering happen officially because there are so many Gaia people that attend Fanime.

Noon is perfect for me!-right between the Princess Tutu and Soul Eater gatherings I want to attend. :D
Pretty please will you take this on Avairrianna? I have stuff going on so I can't take it, not to mention I've never run a gathering let alone been to one!

But um, if others can't seem to make it I'm okay with time changes. Very flexible, for the most part.

Well, I don't want to put an exact time down yet because we don't know when Gaia's panel is. I want the gathering to be right before it so we can just migrate over to the panel.

Ok, massive update on the first post should be coming soon! With me now in charge I don't have access to modify the first post by kite so BSaphire has to do it for us.

Also, don't count out coming or not coming so soon. Until Gaia announces their panel time I'm not married to a time yet.
