There's a cosplay site that sells the uniform, but I can't seem to remember what it is...it's in one of the earlier posts, though.

I'm sure other military cosplayers here can help you out *hint to other cosplayers*

Well, my brother is set on being Scar (taking he can do something about that belly he's developing)...he wants me to draw the tattoo he has on his arm, how? I have no idea; I deal with paper, not flesh.  Plus I need to look for a picture of it...
But since he's cosplaying, that automatically means I'm forced to.  Maybe after I watch that stack of FMA episodes that have been sitting by my computer for a couple months I might be inspired to try something.

um...sharpie? i would do sharpie. or face-paint/body-paint. it's basically the same as drawing on paper- just imagine the arm as a sheet of paper rolled up...
